My Journey to Empower Men
I’m Chris Graham — Army veteran, leadership coach, husband, and father.
After more than twenty years in the British Army, I thought I was ready for civilian life. I wasn’t. The mission, structure, and brotherhood disappeared overnight, leaving a question that wouldn’t go away: Who am I now?
Acadamen was born from that search. It’s a community for men who’ve led, served, and sacrificed — and now want more from life. A brotherhood built on truth, accountability, and growth. No fluff, no corporate speak — just real talk and practical steps to rebuild confidence, leadership, and purpose.

Today, I use my military and coaching experience to help men rediscover their edge in work, relationships, and life.
